Warlock was a treasure of British song-writing, he composed and arranged a good deal of Choral music during his lifetime though little was originally conceived for ladies' choirs. These six songs were completed between 1918 and 1928, a period in which parlour piano was out of fashion due to the technologies that were being introduced, yet there was demand for part-songs and this was an opening for Warlock who re-wrote earlier solos. Magical and poetic, Warlock has a way with words, phrasing and melody and these songs are sure to delight singers, players and audiences.

In 'Rose', young Rose Tyler (Billie Piper) is having an ordinary day in the London department store where she works, until she is attacked in the basement by the shop dummies, which have somehow come alive. She is saved at the last minute by a mysterious stranger who introduces himself as the Doctor (Eccleston), and explains that she was attacked by an entity known as the Nestene Consciousness, a creature that can animate plastic and which is launching an invasion of the earth. With Rose's help, the Doctor is able at the last minute to destroy the Nestene Consciousness and save the world. Invited by the Doctor to join him on his travels through time and space, Rose begins an amazing journey that will take her far away from the mundane surroundings of her dead-end life. In 'The End of the World' the Doctor takes Rose to the year Five Billion, to an orbiting space station called Platform One where the richest creatures in the universe have come to watch the Earth be destroyed by its expanding sun. But, soon after they arrive, the Doctor discovers a sinister plan to destroy the space station and everyone on it, eventually tracing it back to the last human in the universe, the evil Cassandra (Zoë Wanamaker). In 'The Unquiet Dead', the time travellers arrive in Victorian Cardiff, where novelist Charles Dickens (Simon Callow) is giving a lecture. At the same time, in a disreputable funeral parlour, the dead are coming back to life, reanimated by the Gelth, a race of gaseous alien creatures intent on taking over the world. Dickens is quickly embroiled in the Doctor and Rose's attempts to halt the Gelth and save the planet.

Don't let the small size of this acoustic Guitar fool you - the solid Sitka Spruce top and parlour size body are capable of producing an vintage tone you'll fall in love with.Call it a 'Parlor' guitar or a 'Blues' box, the original L-00 from the 1930's and '40's has inspired many with its friendly shorter-scale and small comfortable size... yet big acoustic tone. Originally, along with its L-0 and L-1 siblings, the L-00 was produced as an 'economy line' guitar, featuring a smaller size and lighter construction... and though it was discontinued in 1945, the L-00 grew in legend over the years thanks to music superstars such as Blues progenitor Robert Johnson.Like its vintage Gibson ancestors, the Epiphone L-00 features a Solid Sitka Spruce top that actually will improve in tone as it ages and is played. The smaller, (15.5' wide at lower bout) L-00 body is Mahogany and is set with a hand-fitted dovetail neck joint using premium Titebond glue. The Mahogany neck and body combined with the solid Spruce top make for the perfect combination of tone, warmth and brilliance with much larger volume than you would expect from a smaller guitar.Other features on Epiphone's EL-00 include a solid Rosewood bridge and Rosewood fingerboard with period-correct basic 'dot' inlay. Protecting the top from pick marks is a deluxe pickguard with historic metal 'E' logo.
