The multifunction main oven provides a host of cooking functions for you to control the desired result including a true fan. This Ventitherm® system ensures no transfer of flavours so you can cook sweet and savoury together. The second slightly smaller oven features conventional cooking and a dual circuit grill. There’s also a base heat finishing and top heat browning setting. Both ovens have diamond glazed enamel interiors – ultra smooth enamel for easy cleaning. For extra peace of mind, the doors are double glazed. The gas hob has 4 burners: 1 triple crown wok burner, 1 rapid burner, 1 semirapid burner and 1 simmer burner. Cast iron pan supports and a griddle with 2 Hilight® zones complete the professional appearance. All gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Please note that connection hoses are not supplied with gas cookers for this reason

The Induction hob gives you faster control and is more responsive than with gas . A powerful electromagnet is the secret to this hobs success, heating the pans placed on the hob rather than the glass itself.
