Take on the rough and wet outdoors If you're the adventurous type who loves the great outdoors, coasteering or gorge walking will be right up your street! Both of these are very similar with a minor difference, coasteering takes place on the coast and Gorge walking is done in land but both pack loads of fun! You can be a kid once more but this time you're actually encouraged to jump off cliffs, swim in caves and climb sheer rock faces. This is a wacky combination of rock climbing, scrambling, cliff jumping and swimming. When the going gets too steep, it's time to jump and swim the short distance to the next easy climb. As you climb around the cliffs there are caves to explore and wildlife to see. This is a varied and exhilarating day out. The day will begin with an instructor going over the safety aspects of the experience and also the planned route. The experienced instructors will guide your group along the route wearing wetsuits and harnesses to navigate pools of water and steep waterfalls. Instructors will pick the route depending on the weather conditions on the day and the ability of the group. Please note the typical programme will vary slightly for each experience. Model: Big Air Extreme 8ft Trampoline with Safety Enclosure Introduction To The New Big Air Extreme Trampolines: Big Air Extreme trampolines have enhanced springs with greater resilience. This means they have a quicker recoil speed for more bounce, and they will also maintain elasticity and perform as new for longer. This allows confident users to go higher and practice for longer, it will also help you master optimum control; allowing users to achieve a bouncing experience like no other! Made from the best galvanized and zinc plated springs, the Extremes have really set the bar for affordable, big bouncing and super reactive trampolines. Specifications Diameter - 8ft (244cm) Height - 20in (51cm) Springs - 60 All New Extreme Bounce springs, each 135mm length Frame - 2.0mm HOT galvanised steel Max User Weight - 150kg / 24 stone Safety Enclosure - Full enclosure, with independant legs for extra stability (See sections below for more information) Frame: These Big Air Extreme trampolines are constructed with 2.0mm HOT galvanised steel top frame. The HOT galvanisation process ensures that the trampoline frame sections are galvanised inside and out, the better for garden and outdoor use (unlike most other more cheap galvanised frames that are only galvanised on the exterior of the frame). This will ensure the trampoline remains robust for many years and is suitably strong for even the heaviest of users. Springs: 60 Galvanised and Zinc plated Extreme Bounce 135mm springs with increased helical circumference giving increased bounce for the heaviest of users and maintaining performance for lighter users. This is the optimum number of springs required to give the maximum bounce for the average user weight. Spring quality and quantity should be set up dependant on the most common user weight. Generally more/stronger springs are required for heavier users and too many springs can effect performance for lighter users. This spring set up will produce the best all round performance for experienced users. As more experienced users of all weights bounce higher they exert more downward force on the trampoline mat, meaning their effective weight will be much greater than their actual weight. In our years of experience we have tested every possible type of spring set up and have found this is the absolute optimum set up for the average experienced user. It should be noted that many sellers of trampolines add more and more springs as a selling point, whilst this may encourage sales, we believe it is misleading and unethical as it will hinder the trampolines performance unless the user is 16 stone plus. Bounce Mat: All Big Air Trampoline jump mats are made in the USA and manufactured from Grade A Permatron. Permatron is a unique material that can be left outside in a garden all year round and gives an excellent cushioned bounce. We have experimented with more cheap Permatron mats manufactured from outside of the USA and found the quality to be considerably poorer. The V rings used to attach the jump mat to the frame are secured with an eight row stitch for extreme durability. Safety Padding: Big Air Extreme trampolines use high quality highly two tone flexy plastic covers to ensure the padding will remain intact after years of garden or outdoor use. All Big Air Trampoline safety padding uses a special shock absorbing closed cell polyethylene to provide protection from the trampoline frame and springs. There is an extra thick layer of padding around the edge to provide added protection from the hard steel frame of the trampoline. These deluxe trampoline pads are also UV treated to protect against harmful rays from the sun. Safety Enclosure: The Big Air Trampoline comes with a free standing safety net that secures to the leg of the trampoline with specially adapted galvanised steel clamps. The safety net is manufactured from 16 gauge HOT galvanised steel (better for garden and outdoor use). We have found that although more expensive to manufacture this design of safety net is far sturdier than other more cheap safety nets which attach to the top of the trampoline legs. This safety net frame is free standing and effectively doubles the number of legs that the trampoline has in contact with the ground, thus significantly increasing the structural integrity of both the trampoline and the safety enclosure. The mesh of the safety net is made from super strong and flexible Terylene thread and the intelligent design uses a free standing net to minimalise the risk of accidents involving the upright posts. Quality Standard: GS/TUV certification comes as standard on all Big Air Trampolines. Warranty: 5 year warranty on all frame parts.
