The bristles have to be a balance between resistance to raise the beard making a closer cut easier and softness to generate a fine, rich lather. men-u believe it is the most efficient type of shaving brush available! The synthetic bristles are solid, smooth and non-absorbent so no men-u Shave Crème is absorbed into the bristles and consequently they need a lot less to create a richer lather. Add a little more water to the bristles after shaving and you will probably have enough lather for a second, closer shave! The synthetic bristles are easier to clean and keep clean and because there is no bristle expansion and contraction through absorption there is no bristle fall. Use with men-u ultra concentrate Shave Crème for a completely new generation of shave and process of exfoliation women can only dream of! men-u Shave Crème has modern lubricants including silicone to provide the smoothest ride for the razor blade as well as moisturisers to help prevent the skin from drying. Directions for use: Before using the men-u Premier Shaving Brush for the first time wash with soap and water and then rinse in clean water. Distribute the crème about the moistened area to be shaved working up in a circular motion. Always rinse the bristles in clean water after use and do not boil or soak. Using the stand to dry the bristles helps promote the longevity of the bristles and is best hygienically. Leave the brush on the stand to dry the bristles and help promote their longevity. Tips: To do the best for your skin do not shave as soon as you get up in the morning. Give yourself the time to come round as well as your skin! Make sure the face and bristles have been well immersed in warm water - shaving after a shower is good.
