From the first taste, G'Vine is delicate and floral, evolving into spicy warmth with an extremely long finish. The subtle aromatic vine flower, together with the grape spirit, softens the traditional juniper taste inherent in most gins. Smooth and well balanced in the mouth, G'Vine is luscious and definitely less harsh than any other gin. Thanks to its versatility, G'Vine offers many new drinking options and is an excellent alternative to vodka. G'Vine is unique because it is made from grape neutral spirit. The wine obtained from the Ugni blanc grapes growing in the Cognac region of France is distilled four times to produce a neutral grape spirit, which is much more suave and heady than the grain spirit commonly used to make gin. This spirit is the frame on which the botanicals and the vine flower will express all their powerful flavours.' G'Vine is small batch distilled from neutral grape spirit with fresh whole-fruit botanicals softened by the infusion of vine flower. Coming from all over the world, nine rare and fresh whole-fruit botanicals chosen for their purity and aromatic and healing properties - ginger roots, liquorice, green cardamom, cassia bark, coriander, juniper berries, cubeb berries, nutmeg and lime - are infused by family during 2 to 5 days and distilled in the grape neutral spirit in small liqueur-maker stills to get the best quintessence. Infusions of vine flower and fresh botanicals are then blended together and copper-pot distilled a last time to get an ultimate and perfect smoothness and personality.

It's not just the hops that make Little Creatures Pale Ale what it is though. Selected malts are kilned in small batches to our specifications and are used exclusively in our pale ale. Two different yeasts are used to both ferment and bottle condition the beer. The latest technology and equipment is used to maintain absolute quality control and one of the main ingredients in the pale ale has got to be the amount of passion that it takes to produce a seriously good beer. From brewing to release, a batch of pale ale takes about six weeks, allowing for two weeks conditioning in the bottle after packaging. No artificial preservatives or additives are included, just great ingredients.
