Computer details: - Programme 1 – time - target setting: Specify your designated training period or exercise the preset length of training. At any time during the exercise you can modify the resistance level according to your training condition.- Programme 2 – distance - target setting: Here you can set the designated training distance. At any time during the exercise you can modify the resistance level e.g. in order to simulate steep incline.- Programme 3 – calories - target setting: Your target is to lose weight: By simply entering the number of calories you want to burn this program supports you to achieve your goal. Start with the exercise and modify the resistance level any time during the training.- Programme 4 – random program: This program helps you to train your designated time.
