Notes on ordering All room door fittings are supplied with a standard tumbler keyhole cutout with screw hole spacing 72 mm (0.3” approx.), and all front door fittings with a cylinder keyhole cutout with screw hole spacing 92 mm (0.4” approx.) (specify when ordering whether the hole is to be on the left or the right). Different screw hole spacings, WC fittings or door plates can also be supplied on request. All window handles are for standard screw hole spacing 43 mm (0.2” approx.) and are supplied with the appropriate screws. All fittings can be supplied in other finishes on request. Since there is a very wide variety of options, we only hold a very small stock. Delivery can therefore take a number of weeks. Special Edition for Torquato: Torquato Window Half-Olive Handle Handle without click-stop function, mounted on an elegant, winged rosette. The screw holes in the window must be extra small. This should be specified when ordering the window. With old windows, holes that are too large can be re-primed and drilled again. Rosette 5.8 x 3 cm (2” x 1” approx.). Handle 8.8 cm (4” approx.).

This Ultimate Micro Weight Set consists of - 2prs of 0.5kg Discs (Red) 2prs of 0.25kg Discs (Blue) 2prs of 0.125kg Discs (Green) 1x Precision Laser Cut Holder. (Please state Free Standing or Wall Mounted when ordering). Gym Company Micro Plates are sold in pairs. We recommend 2 pairs of 0.5kg and 1 pair of 0.25kg which will allow increments of 0.5kg to be added to the bar up to the usual 1.25kg plates found in most gyms. The 0.125kg Gym Company Micro Plates are great for pushing a training cycle even further (especially on smaller exercises) or for adding to Dumbell Bars. The Gym Company Micro Discs are one of the best investments you can make if you are looking to increase the weight you are able to lift. In any given exercise, as you approach the limit you are capably of lifting adding the usual 1.25kg to each end of the bar will quickly kill any chance of further progression. The Gym Company Micro Weights allow you to add as little as 0.25kg of weight to the bar, which over the course of a few weeks adds up to a big increase that would otherwise have been unachievable. Many of our customers have told us how they have trained past their usual limits for many weeks while constantly adding small amounts of weight to the bar, typically ending up with an additional 25-35kg added to their Squat, 15-25kg added to their Bench Press etc before ending the cycle. Gym Company Micro Plates are machined from solid bright drawn steel bar to an accuracy of 0.02 of a gram and are stamped with the weight.
