The gradual flight in one of the 32 high-tech glass capsules takes approximately 30 minutes and offers spectacular views of London and its famous landmarks such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. New to the London Eye is the groundbreaking 4D film which features theatre effects, such as wind, bubbles and mist, to make the 4D. This short film takes place in County Hall and is about a girl struggling to see the landmarks of London, until she rides the London Eye. Time slots are available on an hourly basis. Before you can board the Eye, you are required to exchange your London Eye voucher for your London Eye tickets at the ticket hall within County Hall, next to the Eye. If you wish to see the new 4D Experience before your flight, we recommend you check-in 45 minutes before your flight time. You will need to return to the Priority Check-in Desk 15 minutes before the scheduled flight time where you will meet your capsule host who will escort you to the Fast Track entrance to The London Eye.
