HP Lights-Out 100i LO100i provides entry level remote management functionality and basic system board management capabilities at new price-performance levels. Lights-Out 100i Remote Management allows customers or their service providers to remotely control and manage HP Pro Liant DL 100 Series servers over a LAN or the Internet regardless of the server's state of operation. HP Lights-Out 100i consists of an intelligent processor and firmware that is embedded on the HP Pro Liant DL140 G3 server. With each of these HP Lights-Out 100 products, users can remotely access a system's serial and Telnet consoles, control system power, and monitor system environmental conditions from a browser or command line. Upgrades are available to add graphic remote console, floppy and CD virtual media and SSL/SSH security. This simple at-the-server remote control means you can stay in control of HP Pro Liant DL140 G3 servers for routine system administration, troubleshooting and maintenance over a network. Lights-Out 100i is available in three different ways. LO100i Standard offers a set of very basic remote control and management features that are included with the purchase of any supported server. The other two products are optional key activated value packs known as LO100i Select Pack and LO100i Advanced Pack. LO100i Select enables virtual media as well as secured browser and command line access to the LO100i management processor. LO100i Advanced enables virtual KVM in addition to the features of LO100i Select.

For the Shared Folder, video image files can be played back directly with the viewer of the projector even if Windows Media Player is not installed on the PC. Since the projector reads files on the PC or the server directly, it is not necessary to use any media, such as USB memory devices, reducing the risk of information leakage. The 3Com Wireless LAN Managed Access Point 3850 offers a cost effective solution for dual band wireless connectivity. This managed access point is part of the 3Com Wireless LAN Mobility system, compatible with Wireless LAN Controller WX2200, WX1200, WXR100 and Wireless Switch Manager Software. Access points can be configured and managed remotely via wireless controllers, eliminating the need for onsite IT expertise. Dual-radios operate in IEEE 802.11b/g and 11a simultaneously, expanding connectivity support and bandwidth availability. The 3Com Wireless LAN Managed Access Point 3850 can be powered by any Power over Ethernt (Po E) device, eliminating the need for an AC power plus on each managed access point. Distributed forwarding optimizes traffic flow, reducing latency, while providing ultra high performance and massive scalability. Sophisticated security features support the latest encryption and virtual LANs (VLANs) for secure remote communication including Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), Wi-Fi Protected Access 2 (WPA2), Temporal Key Integrity Protocol (TKIP) and Wi-Fi Equivalent Privacy (WEP) packet encryption. Radio Frequency (RF) scans also detect ad hoc users, access points and sources of RF interference.
