This Micro Weight Set not only looks incredible but will allow you to make 'tiny' 0.25kg weight increases even to dumbell exercises thanks to the addition of extra 0.25kg and 0.125kg discs. This Ultimate Micro Weight Set consists of - 2prs of 0.5kg Discs (Red) 2prs of 0.25kg Discs (Blue) 2prs of 0.125kg Discs (Green) 1x Precision Laser Cut Holder. (Please state Free Standing or Wall Mounted when ordering). Gym Company Micro Plates are sold in pairs. We recommend 2 pairs of 0.5kg and 1 pair of 0.25kg which will allow increments of 0.5kg to be added to the bar up to the usual 1.25kg plates found in most gyms. The 0.125kg Gym Company Micro Plates are great for pushing a training cycle even further (especially on smaller exercises) or for adding to Dumbell Bars. In any given exercise, as you approach the limit you are capably of lifting adding the usual 1.25kg to each end of the bar will quickly kill any chance of further progression. The Gym Company Micro Weights allow you to add as little as 0.25kg of weight to the bar, which over the course of a few weeks adds up to a big increase that would otherwise have been unachievable. Many of our customers have told us how they have trained past their usual limits for many weeks while constantly adding small amounts of weight to the bar, typically ending up with an additional 25-35kg added to their Squat, 15-25kg added to their Bench Press etc before ending the cycle. Gym Company Micro Plates are machined from solid bright drawn steel bar to an accuracy of 0.02 of a gram and are stamped with the weight. They are not cast so the weight is far more accurate and they will never break. Colour coded for quick and easy identification.
