The Shimano M775 XT Disc Brake Levers with Hose and Oil features ergonomic and powerful Servo Wave XT hydraulic disc brake levers which offer exceptional control and modulation. An increase in pad clearance at the calliper has enabled Shimano to use their proven Servo Wave technology. As the brake lever is pulled a cam linkage enables rapid pad to rotor engagement, at the point of contact the cam moves across multiplying the leverage ratio and increasing the stopping power by 20 percent over M765 brake levers. Adjustable free stroke enables you to fine tune the amount of lever pull before pad and rotor engagement. Easy access no tools lever reach adjustment dial for custom lever feel and position. The compact design of the hydraulic brake lever is created by positioning a radial master oil reservoir in-line on the handlebar clamp unit. In turn giving zero handle bar interference and improved hydrodynamics to maximise power output. The hydraulic cable lines are taken from the clamp oil reservoir at 45 degrees for much improved cable routing and fluid flow. Forged alloy one piece handle bar clamp and master cylinder bracket for optimum rigidity and light weight with forged alloy lever blade for dependable and durable braking. Weight 256 grams.

TECH LEVER: New! Ambidextrous 'flip flop' design, CNC machined from a solid billet of 2014 T6 aircraft spec aluminium alloy - with a split clamp to allow easy set up and choice of positioning. New! Redesigned piston, lever and pivot assembly with external 'on the fly' reach and bite point adjustment dials. The new lever linkage eliminates freeplay in the lever giving a consistent and reliable feel to the brake. Further developments include bearing lever pivots for smooth, rock free use and increased lever ergonomics with a perforated lever for extra grip and feel. Also, a double sided reservoir lid makes for easy bleeding. The master cylinder assembly is completed with our durable anodised finish to withstand weather, cleaning and general trail use and a choice of either hi tensile polyester reinforced or Goodridge stainless steel braided hose to give a sharp, solid feel to the system. M4 CALIPER: NEW! revised one piece caliper, CNC machined from a solid billet of 2014 T6 aircraft spec aluminium alloy. The M4 caliper has been developed for 09', primarily the two piston sizes have now become the same 16mm diameter (as opposed to a small and a large) which gives more usable power to the brake. A drip free bleed nipple and wide angel orientation of the fluid inlet connector have also been added, allowing for neater hose routing and cleaner servicing. The unit is completed with our durable anodised finish to withstand weather, cleaning and general trail use and laser etched graphics. A hi-tensile polyester reinforced hydraulic hose is used to give a sharp, solid feel to the system. BRAIDED HOSE: A little bit of Hope can now be added to all hydraulic disc brakes. After extensive research and testing Hope have sourced an excellent, UK manufactured stainless steel braided hose - coming from the same factory as Goodridge. The hose features a Teflon central core, encased in a stainless steel braid. The braiding also has a plastic coating to prevent chafing on frames and forks. The hose allows no expansion, even in the most extreme situations, transferring all braking power from the lever to the caliper. It's also extremely tough as well as being more flexible than standard hoses. FLOATING ROTORS: These Floating rotors are now a firm favourite amongst both performance orientated riders and those just looking for something a little different. These rotors have a stainless steel braking surface riveted to an aluminium central carrier. As well as offering a significant weight saving, they also allow the rotors to expand or contract with changes in temperature. CNC machined + laser cut in Barnoldswick, England.
