Evans Cycles Product Information
The all new Hope Pro 2 Straight Pull Stan's Wheel - Front now sits in the range to run alongside the standard Pro2 and give riders the option of a straight pull design, but with a conventional 32 hole spoke drilling. All features and specifications of the standard Pro2 remain giving lots of choice at all levels. The wheel are built and hand finished at Hope's Barnoldswick factory using either DT Swiss Competition double butted spokes and brass nipples or Sapim Race spokes and Polyax nipples depending on the rim. Wheels are supplied with rim tape (except Stan's), spare spokes and come packaged in purpose made wheel boxes. An aftermarket No Tubes conversion kit is available for the No Tubes rims separately. Available with DT Swiss XR400 rims for XC, EX500 for All Mountain and Stan's 355 for tubeless XC.

Descriptionß:ßThe NEW! Pro3 SP-XC6 wheelset is a result of the success of the XC3. We wanted to create something that offers similar benefits with regards to weight savings as the dedicated 3 bolt design, but in a slightly more 'conventional' package - hence the 6 bolt disc fixing with this hub. We see this as a more 'lightweight trail' wheel, as well as a great racing option.Rim choice is again available in this wheelset. DT Swiss 4.2 or No Tubes 355 - and for 2009 we are building and hand finishing in our Barnoldswick Factory using Sapim Sprint double butted spokes and brass Polyax nipples.The No Tubes 355 offers the rider the choice of running tubeless as well as a superlight overall weight. The DT Swiss 4.2 gives excellent all round XC performance with a proven lightweight, high quality rim. Both options available in 24 hole drilling.These are lightweight XC & race orientated wheels. We suggest a rider weight limit of 85kg. This is only a guideline, but common sense should be used with regards to the type of riding they will be used for.The super light straight pull hubs run on the same stainless steel bearings used in the SP-XC3 and have the same axle options (QR & 15mm front and QR rear). Overall weight comparison between the XC3 and this wheel is almost identical when using a lightweightfloating rotor and Ti bolts.Wheels are available individually or as a pair and come complete with custom 'Hoops' etching on the hub, rim tapes (DT only), spare spokes and nipples and rim stickers.
