Availability: Selected Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from February to November. At least two dates per month. Dates fill very quickly, so please allow at least six weeks advance booking notice.Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. ice or heavy rain) which would make driving at speed dangerous. Any unused laps will be credited for another visit. Please call the venue if in any doubt.Duration: Expect to be at the circuit for approximately two and a half hours, including your briefing, safety guidance, driving time and debrief. Please arrive a few minutes in advance of your booked start time to ensure a prompt start.Numbers On Day: Your briefing will be shared. All in-car tuition is on a one-to-one basis.Spectators: Spectators are welcome. A camera will come in handy. The venue offers good facilities for spectators and drivers. Children must be closely supervised at all times and dogs are not permitted at any circuits.Dress Code: Dress comfortably (preferably avoiding synthetic clothing) and wear narrow, flat-soled shoes. A helmet and any special clothing you need will be provided. You can bring your own helmet if you prefer (it will be safety checked before driving).Guidelines: Thruxton is the fastest circuit in the UK and a popular course in the British Touring Car championships. You'll drive the full 2.4 mile circuit.Restrictions: Maximum height is 6'3''. Maximum weight is 18 stone. Drive two spectacular cars at the great Thruxton race circuit. The Aston Martin V8 Vantage and the Porsche Cayman both offer outstanding performance that will leave you grinning from ear to ear. Start with a briefing on safety and driving techniques. Your instructor will then drive you for two laps in a Porsche Cayman to demonstrate circuit driving techniques. Next up you'll drive three fantastic laps in the Porsche Cayman. Finally enjoy three laps driving a truly great British supercar, the Aston Martin V8 Vantage. The 380bhp V8 engine growls to a top speed of in excess of 170mph, reaching 60mph in just 4.8 seconds. This experience is guaranteed to satisfy any driving enthusiast.

THE SENSATIONAL DEBUT BY THE YOUNG FEMALE-FRONTED EPIC/GOTH METAL HOPEFULS FROM LUDWIGSBURG GERMANYEarly 2004 guitarist Christopher Gutjahr (Guitarist) and bassist Jens Hartwig founded their band in Ludwigsburg Germany. To reach their musical goals soon after Lukas Palme (keyboards) Erik Seitz (drums) and Patricia Riegraf (female vocals) were added to the line-up to make VOICES OF DESTINY complete. In Oktober 2005 though the band split with singer Patricia Riegraf who was replaced soon after by Maike Holzmann as she impressed everybody with her performance. In 2006 the first shows were done and the band became a well-working team who in 2007 entered studio for the first time to record some demo tracks. At this time keyboarder Lukas Palme started adding Shouted vocals as a contract to Maikes soprano voice a very important part of Voices Of Destinys own attitude. The duo combined with pounding drums heavy but yet melodic guitar work and orchestral arrangements make the sound of VOICES OF DESTINY something special. Following more shows in 2009 the band recorded their Dare to Reach EP and takes part in the Youngsterball Contest at the LKA Longhorn Stuttgart which they won after jury decision. In summer 2009 the band signs their first deal with Massacre Records and in August the recordings start for the first album with producer Andy Horn (Edenbridge Lanfear Rob Rock Liv Kristine Mortal Love Majesty u.a.) at his Red Room studio. For the band photos the international top photographer Alex Khr (Amon Amarth Edguy Brainstorm Primal Fear Stratovarius u.a.) could be won for the project and last but not least the artwork was in the hands of international artist Mattias Noren/Progart (Sabaton Illdisposed Evergrey Angra Kamalot). On February 26th the VOICES OF DESTINY debut From the Ashes will be in stores a complete package that leaves no question unanswered. The young band combines epic metal like Edenbridge or Epica with goth in the vein of Within Tempation adding some classic metal and death growls. A debut that deserves to be recognized!
