Comes with either the PM3 Performance Monitor or the PM4 Performance Monitor. A Log Card is included with both. In addition, the PM4 monitor includes a Suunto brand chest belt for heart rate monitoring. The model D has an ergonomically designed handle for comfort, and the all new PM3 monitor gives a huge amount of feedback which can be stored in the on board memory. It is also quieter than its predecessor which is a great advantage in a home setting.
