Beth’s got a pretty heady voice very reminiscent of Janis Joplin says Shirley who has produced Bonamassa’s last five albums. She’s also got a lot of Etta James in her but hadn’t really accessed it. With this material there is a gentleness to the way she delivers the most heartfelt tunes that she hasn’t shown before. It’s very cool she’s done a fantastic job.

Flying in a microlight is an excellent experience for two The world of aviation has become almost commonplace to the modern traveller, with flights now becoming the preferred mode of getting from one place to the next. A microlight is an incredible testament to the spirit of aviation, combining all the modern technology that allows us to defy gravity with the sensation of flying a small aircraft with the wind rushing past you. These quirky machines are perfectly designed for short trips over the countryside and their dual controls mean that you can each have a go at flying yourself if you’re feeling brave enough. Your microlight experience for two will begin with a briefing from your instructor, including how the controls work and learning about the pre flight checks. Then you’ll take it in turns to fly, taking off and reaching heights of around 1500 feet in either a fixed wing (closed cockpit) or flex wing (open cockpit) microlight. Your instructor will show you how it’s done, and then you will get a chance to fly it yourselves. Please state your preference for either fixed or flex wing aircraft on booking.
